FASTING
Fasting is accepted and recognised as being the oldest form of therapy. It is mentioned 74 times in the Bible – it is the universal therapy used by animals in the wilds the world over. The purpose of the fast is to allow the body full range and scope to fulfil its self healing, self repairing, self rejuvenating functions to the best advantage. Healing is an internal biological function. Fasting gives the body a physiological rest and permits the body to become 100 percent efficient in healing itself. Fasting under proper care or with workable knowledge is probably the fastest and safest way or means of regaining health ever conceived by the human man.
Fasting does not cure anything. Fasting puts the body in a condition where all the Vital Force of the body is used to flush out the causes of body miseries. Fasting helps the body help itself. Abstinence from food gives the over-worked, over-burdened internal organs rest and time for rehabilitation. It exhilarates the internal power and vitality of the body to flush out toxic poisons and wastes that have been stored in the body for years. It raises the Vital Power to the highest point of efficiency. Thus it promotes the elimination of inorganic chemical accumulations and other pollution’s that cannot be flushed from the body by any other means.
WHY A FAST?

RULES FOR FASTING
- Your mind must rule your body if you are to fast successfully
- Don’t eat big breakfast
- In the morning your energy gathered from the nights sleep should be highest.

- Studying on a full stomach loads the system and slogs the mind. The mind will not work after a heavy meal.

BREAKING A 24 HOUR FAST
Throughout the Fast drink as many glasses of distilled water as you want.
You may add 1/3 teaspoon of uncooked honey and one teaspoon of lemon juice. This acts a mucus and toxic dissolves.
Each of the 2 kidneys in your body have a million efficient filters and when the body is fasting, the kidneys step up their work of detoxification. All of the vital force and nervous energy of the body is now working overtime because it is not being used up in the laborious task of mastication, digestion, metabolism and elimination. The power of the body’s Vital Force is reinforced in this experience.
Many times during a fast, old drugs that have been buried in your system for years are loosened up and flushed out of the body.
Use juices and liquid meals as you come out of a fast. Do not load the body with toxin like caffeine and alcohol. Be gentle with foods.
Never break a fast with animal products such as meat, milk, cheese, butter, fish, nuts or seeds. The first meal must be composed of raw salad and 5% vegies.
Try giving your body a physiological rest as well as a food rest every week for 24- 36 hours.
Give yourself a chance to rest and purify your body and get rid of any accumulative toxins.
AFFIRMATIONS FOR FASTING
You must direct instructions to the cells of your body with your subconscious mind. Whatever thought you send to your body is going to be carried out by your cells. This is why you should not discuss fasting with friends or relatives as you will only get a negative response.
I have put my body in the hands of God and Nature. I have turned to the highest power for internal purification and rejuvenation.
Every minute that I am fasting, I am flushing dangerous poisons out of my body that do great damage. Every hour that I am fasting, I am happier.

In fasting, I am using the same method for physical, mental and spiritual purification that the greatest spiritual leaders have used throughout the ages.
I am in complete control of my body during this fast. No false hunger habit pains are going to make me stop fasting. I will carry my fast through to a successful conclusion.
JUICE FASTS
Juice fasts are an excellent means of cleansing the body, resting the internals and focusing on specific physiological needs. Water fasts are far superior in their capacity to free the body of confusions and allow the body and nature in the most magnificent science of all, to undertake healing. Water fasts also completely rest the system and promote refreshment at cell level. Add a spoon of Apple Cider Vinegar to water during a fast. You can also drink herbal tea.
Of course just as there are many juices for all manner of objectives, so too there are many waters.
Distilled water, mountain water, spring water, tap water, rain water and the list goes on. I drink filtered water to remove inorganic bits and pieces although I’m not that fussed. I choose not to become extremist in anything. The result of extremism is usually extreme sensitivity and therefore vulnerability.
On my frequent trips into the mountains of Nepal or even New Zealand the quality of the water is very variable. It is better to use pure water for fasting.

Physical weakness, flabbiness, are choices. No excuses. You choose to listen to your dumb habits or you choose to follow your mind. There is now a profession looking to name every discrepancy in human judgement as a new disease. Every time someone lacks the will to stop eating they design a new drug to help those people loose weight. Can you see the fallacy in this. Eat more then get a drug to fix it.
But no drug can give vitality, stamina, health and endurance. No drug can give self respect or wholesomeness. No drug can build families or business. Drugs can only counteract effect.
AVOID TOXINS
There’s no fast on earth is going to be able to recover your lost health if you abuse your body. Avoid:
- Food that’s crap
- Salt that’s not needed
- Lifestyles that are sedentary
- Air that’s full of toxin and dust
- Air that lacks life force (air con)
- Water, rivers, lakes and supply systems that are polluted
- Food that has been sprayed, injected, re structures, re constituted, and hormonally altered for appearance and speed of harvest.
- Coatings to decorate fruit that are also inorganic and therefore must be eliminated from the body.
THE GREATEST ENEMY OF GOOD HEALTH AND LONG LIFE IS YOUR MIND
- It commits suicide through worry, anxiety, tension, stress, frustration’s, nervousness, morbid moods, These are all foreign to health long life.
- Optimism gratitude, happiness, carefree, self confident, and serene are the trade marks of long life and agelessness.
- I want to live to 120 or more in prime physical condition. Every day of my life is a miracle; I hold life in the palm of my hand; I want to keep it, value it treasure it and enjoy every waking hour.
- Life is slow suicide. There is little doubt that people born with a sound constitution can without difficulty live to 120. Aging is a myth.
- People die from accidents or abuse, only 5% of people die from old age.
- Greasy food. You’ll sleep longer, have less energy, think slower and feel al rebound sluggish plus your digestion will be slow and cause toxicity in the body.
Alkalise Your Body
- Acidity kills, The blood stream needs to be alkaline. When it is not it deposits crystals wherever it can to create the alkaline state.
- Acid blood is polluted.
- It creates the environment fro disease.
- Three fifths of your diet should be fruit and vegetables.
- Eat raw veg salad b4 all meals to bring the stomach acid level to correct place and alkalise the body.
