Priorities and Stress

When you say “I am stressed” and it is from your highest priority one could agree, this is really important to be stressed about. But when you are stressed by the kids tennis, or your dentist appointment or picking up the car from the cleaner, you reveal a rather sad truth.

If you are working on low priorities, that is one thing. If you are stressed because of them, you reveal how small your life has become.

A small life doesn’t deserve your own respect let alone the respect and love of others.

So what are your top 3 priorities. What could you do every day, all day and live your purpose. What are your highest priorities?

Be careful not to slip into worry, stress or anxiety about your low priorities because it will suck you dry of both energy and self-respect.

This is true on the weekend and on holiday. It is simply true.
