INNERWEALTH HEART AND SOUL MASTERY COURSE #7 – THE WINNING MANTRA
A mantra can be visual, auditory, kinaesthetic.
Today we work on an auditory mantra. Something you repeat to yourself over and over/
For many years I have consulted with people who are keen to work as effectively as possible and they all, the successful ones, have mantra’s they say to themselves over and over. Do you have your mantra’s on the wall, in the bathroom, over the kitchen sink? If not, you’re missing out on a powerful influence that all great success stories have in them, the power of self-esteem and self-belief.
Lie to yourself for a few weeks about being stupid or loser and just see how quickly somebody comes in to your life to re-enforce it. Well the opposite is true too.
HERE IS YOUR MANTRA FOR SELF LEADERSHIP DURING THE CORONAVIRUS TRANSITION
I am a successful evolutionary. I am driven by an expansive vision. I am fascinated by life and driven to experience it fully. I respond enthusiastically to change even when I don’t want it. I think clearly when information is uncertain and belief structures are impaired. I see connections between this fast moving world and my vision, and I have an open and
receptive state of mind and I welcome information I had not expected. I have mastered the art of working with people and aI am able to communicate honestly, pursue compelling vision and engage with integrity.
HOW WILL YOU ACHIEVE THIS?
If I asked you to score yourself on a 1 – 10 against each of the 7 areas of life (where 10 is blissfully happy and content and 1 is suicidally depressed) how would this look for you?
So your ‘VIP’ score would be the total of the seven scores. What is it? Interesting. Are you happy with that?
The normal reaction for people in a funk (low scores below 5 in any area of life) is to focus solely on one or two of these areas of life. For example, if you are down in career, you might turn to a recruiter. Down in health, you might end up at a gym or personal trainer. Mentally down you might start meditating, and so on.
The problem with this is that as one aspect grows, another shrinks. You’re unfulfilled at work so you decide to drive harder but as a result, your family and love-life suffers. Or if your finances are struggling you might start worrying about money and ignore your health. Your overall score of [VIP score] doesn’t change, it simply changes shape. Old problems may go away, new ones appear.
Depression, divorce, financial breakdown, emotional trauma, mental health problems and illness are all long term consequences of being off track for too long.
