CELLULAR HEALTH

MOVEMENT

An easy stretch that strengthens your entire body and you can do it naked when you get out of bed – make sure your partner or neighbours are asleep.

POSTURE

Be aware that your body posture changes your thinking. It is unnatural to look up and frown. It is unnatural to look down and smile. Trying to do great work hunched over a keyboard is not wise.

RECOVERY

One cannot be a high performance individual, balanced in life, without some body recovery awareness. Corpse is the hardest yoga pose. Being still for 10 minutes.
