Many people have the concept of balancing one area of life against the other. Work against home. Stress against holidays and so on. This is a big mistake and leads to worse business stress and compensatory home life.

A balanced people is balanced at work, not by their home life.

Balancing work against home life sets off a chain of events that counterbalance work and lead to all sorts of trouble.

Being balanced in life means you are in a good space (not stressed) wherever you are but it takes a little learning not to lose balance and then run off to anti stress classes to sort life out. Our introduction of total human awareness reversed the cure to work on prevention.
