If you can score yourself before each coaching session you will save time. A score of 7,8,9,10 in any area of life is good – it is the high levels of mind/thinking on the consciousness cone. 5 is the middle (want to) and scores below 5 indicate you are operating in the lower minded realms of thought. All good leadership requires a self-leadership score of 7 or above in all seven areas of life. This totals 49. Your ViP score is therefore 49..

Maintaining yourself in the top three levels of thinking involves 7 different aspects of life.

• Mind IP: Reconfirm Mind Values (Where to focus ongoing self development)
• Vision: New Vision and Purpose (Create new incentives, direction and clarity for the future)
• Psyche: Personal Presence (shake off the old self talk bring in the new)
• Results: Action – (Embed new daily action, process for being back on track)
Your ‘VIP’ score is the total of the seven scores. What is it?
The normal reaction for people in the lower mind of follower (low scores below 5 in any area of life) is to focus solely on one or two areas of life. For example, if they are down in career, they might turn to a head hunter. Down in health, they might end up at a gym or personal trainer. Mentally down they might start meditating, and so on.
The problem with this is that as one area of life moves into the higher zones of the leadership cone, another area shrinks to the bottom. Maybe that person is unfulfilled at work so they decide to drive harder but as a result, their family and love-life suffers. Or if their finances are struggling they might start worrying about money and ignore their health. Their overall VIP score doesn’t change, it simply changes shape. Old problems may go away, new ones appear. Lower thinking replaces higher while higher shrinks to lower.
Innerwealth Power Hour has two basic goals;
1 Firstly, to achieve balance in all the areas of life.
2 Second, to increase all individual and therefore your total average ‘VIP’ score
Depression, divorce, financial breakdown, emotional trauma, mental health problems and illness are all long term consequences of being in the low zones of human awareness/thinking for too long.
The power hour is therefore both a preventative and a maintenance program for leadership and higher self awareness..
