Christopher Walker

I believe that people block transitions, get off track, lose their sense of purpose, feel unfulfilled or depressed because their life is somehow out of flow between the past and the future.

There are seven key steps to healthy transition management. We call this the BACK ON TRACK steps and in this program you and your team learn the skills of applying these steps to any situation requiring radical and immediate transition:

  • Discard: Emotional Clearing and Balancing (clear up emotional disturbances)
  • Cellular: Physical Health and wellness – (changing the body metrix)
  • Environment: Change Appearances – (Upgrade environment to reflect new perspectives)
  • Mind IP: Reconfirm Mind Values (Where to focus ongoing self development)
  • Vision: New Vision and Purpose (Create new incentives, direction and clarity for the future)
  • Psyche: Personal Presence (shake off the old self talk bring in the new)
  • Results: Action – (Embed new daily action, process for being back on track)

Follow the check list below. if you score a total of less than 35 you are definitely in transition and would be wise to integrate the BACK ON TRACK PROCESS. A score of 60 or more also signifies transition stagnation and would be wise to implement change ASAP.

If I asked you to score yourself on a 1 – 10 against each of the 7 elements (where 10 is blissfully happy and content and 1 is suicidally depressed) how would this look?

So your ‘VIP’ score would be the total of the seven scores. What is it? Interesting. Are you happy with that?

The normal reaction for people in a funk (low scores below 5 in any area of life) is to focus solely on one or two of these areas of life. For example, if you are down in career, you might turn to a coach. Down in health, you might end up at a gym or personal trainer. Mentally down you might start meditating, and so on.

The problem with this is that as one aspect grows, another shrinks. You’re unfulfilled at work so you decide to drive harder but as a result, your family and love-life suffers. Or if your finances are struggling you might start worrying about money and ignore your health. Your overall score of [VIP score] doesn’t change, it simply changes shape. Old problems may go away, new ones appear.

Have you seen this happen to anyone you know?

Back on track has two basic goals;

  • Firstly, to achieve balance across all the elements and
  • Second, to increase your overall ‘VIP’ score

I apply my approach to teams and for individuals in change management

Depression, divorce, financial breakdown, emotional trauma, mental health problems and illness are all long term consequences of being off track for too long.

Back on Track™ is both a preventative and a maintenance program. It can be in the form of a 2-day workshop for corporate teams or private coaching or an intensive 30-day programme, ……………..

The unique feature of Back on track is that you not only get back on track in a sustainable healthy way but you learn a process for catching funk early for the future.. it means you can regulate your life balance and not be caught with your pants down in the future.

What do you think? Does it resonate with you? Do you know anyone who you think might benefit from this?

Introduction to Coaching with Back on Track and Tailor-made solutions for a fuller, more rewarding and enjoyable life.

Back On Track™ is 12 hours of problem solving focus, tailor-made solutions for a fuller, more rewarding and enjoyable life.

Program Outline

Why 12 hours of Coaching – Can I do It in More or Less?

Yes, for sure. Do it in 14 days if you like. You can even take a year if needed. Life and work is changing so quickly if you’re off track, you’ll be twice as off track in a month. Procrastination just makes the old patterns of causation more rigid. You’ll want to get in, rock your boat, implement new thinking, kick out the stress, set new strategies, communicate your changes and get on with it before the next wave of frustrations arrives. We used to run this program over a 3 day retreat but now we want to be right with you on the implementation of change so, 3 days became 30 days, fully supported.

Is it a packaged program like E-Learning or is it interactive directly with me?

Over 14 hours of interacting in 30 days gives you the chance to solve specific problems, implement changes, get tailor made solutions and explore them in the real world.

What’s “Living Alive Naturally” got to do with my performance at work and private life?

Your true human nature, unencumbered with ego and fear and hurt and stress and worry and anxiety, becomes your most powerful self, this is living alive naturally, knowing what’s real, what’s false and what to believe, your ground zero for life. This is real, no bull, no mumbo jumbo, no hocus-pocus, no guru’s, version of you. Not wanting to be someone else, simply using your true nature and negotiating your outcomes at the level of causation.

If you keep doing what you are doing will you achieve the outcomes of life you want?

Your true nature is fingerprint unique. Your background, history, memories, ambitions, hopes, dreams, experience, education makes you a powerhouse of possibilities but only if you tap that uniqueness in a way that creates the results you want. In 30 days, you’ll align how you do what you do with what you want to achieve in life. This is the natural harmony that comes from being authentic.

How will you measure your life long term?

When you are off track typically you’re out of balance somewhere. That doesn’t feel good and automatically creates a nervous tension that isn’t resolved by the usual things. In the 30 Day Back on Track™ you ask “what do I want the outcomes of my life to be and how do I go about getting them?” You also explore with Chris causation like: “if I keep doing what I’m doing what will be the outcomes of my life and is this what I want?” There’s roughly 20 hours of reading, listening and watching in 30 days to help you wonder and explore possibilities (around 30 minutes a day). Plus four extended one on one face to face coaching sessions lasting up to 3 hours outside of work hours. Not bad for a total reboot.

What is this 30 Day Back on Track program going to cost me?

There are two ways you can pay….

  • First is performance based. We’ll agree with you on what this Back on Track™ program will make you or save you in 6 months and you can agree to a performance fee of 10% of net gain. (net gain is usually estimated to be $300K – $400K)
  • Second is fixed fee. This ranges between $2k and $17K depending on urgency, circumstances and means. (usually $2-5K)
In the 30 Day Challenge you learn that life and you and nature all evolve and the border of support and challenge. So, just because you get into a place of no pain, it doesn’t mean there is no pain, it’s just building up for a Tsunami. Instead of that The Power Hour (what you learn in 30 days) is an hour of Self Mastery in which you challenge yourself to evolve. Simple as that because at least then life doesn’t have to dish it up. Don’t argue with nature…. she’s a formidable opponent.

How can I book a “Free Introductory Consultation?”

Your Investment in “Back on Track™” Actually Changes your family, work and World too…

“When I was young and free and my imagination had no limits, I dreamed of changing the world: as I grew older and wiser I discovered the world would not change, so I shortened my sights  somewhat and decided to change my country, but it too seemed immovable. As I grew into my twilight years in one last desperate attempt I settled for changing only my family, those closest to me.
But alas they would have none of it!

And now I realise as I lie on my deathbed, if I had only changed myself first, then by example I might have changed my family. From then, by example, I might have changed my friends. From their aspirations and encouragement I would have then been able to better my country, and who knows, I might have even changed the world.

Being a positive enabler, ask why this person cannot proceed without you. If the answer is material, lend a hand. If it’s emotional, be careful.

To help somebody to do something they could not do without you.

It can be good and bad.

To allow a friend to drink themselves to death is enabler.

To help someone do something they dream about is an enabler.

To help a friend out of trouble is an enabler.

So you see one must be cautious – enabling weakness or strength that’s the question.

Being an enabler is leadership. However there is bad leadership, just as there is good. Enabling still requires an awareness.

On this matter, being a positive enabler, ask simply why this person cannot proceed without you. If the answer is material, lend a hand. If it’s emotional, don’t.

This is REAL

Make Your Success in Life and Work Really Count For Something…

We live in revolutionary times and our lives are being altered in ways we cannot predict. Every major institution is being transformed. Our most deeply held values are in dispute and the nature of personal relationships is changing drastically.

Our capacity to feed and house ourselves, to live healthy and useful lives, to work productively with one another, and to pass on a decent world to our children, is in doubt. As a result, anyone who wants to generate meaningful responses to the events of the times must become an evolutionary.

An evolutionary is the unique individual who has a deep commitment to living consciously. An evolutionary has broken with convention – he or she is a leader, or potential leader, in any field of life.

1. Change one Change All

The lifeforce of global change is personal change, and the people who are changing in order to live productively in this new age can create extraordinary results. We all want to make changes – to see the world as a better place, to change our health, family, business and relationships. We want change and we want change to happen sooner rather than later.

2. Grab the Time

We have a golden opportunity to change the way we work and relate. We need a more sophisticated understanding of the dynamics of life in order to bridge the gap between current reality and future possibility. We need to harness the gifts of mind development and gain a deeper understanding of the human spirit. We need a non-denominational spirituality, one that Christians, Moslems, Buddhists, Hindu and Jews can all embrace. It must be transparent and free. It must be deep yet simple, and most of all it must be REAL.

3. Flexibility and Inventive approach

More than amassed capital or technology or knowledge or connections, it is this flexible and inventive approach to life that will determine who recognises new resources, creates global brands, builds humanitarian business and keeps their mind body and spirit alive to enjoy
the results.

4. An Evolutionary Way

For many years I have consulted with people who are keen to work as effectively as possible. The most successful evolutionaries I have encountered are moved by an expansive vision. They are fascinated by life and driven to experience it fully. They respond well to change although they do not necessarily like it. They think clearly when information is uncertain and belief structures are impaired. They see connections between a fast moving world and their vision, and they have open and receptive state of mind that is not paralysed by information they had not expected. They have mastered the art of working with people and are able to communicate
honestly, pursue compelling vision and engage with integrity.

Inspiration, radical curiosity and wisdom from the heart need to be valued more.

5. Build Wealth and Enjoy Power

Putting the heart and soul back into business life is totally aligned with the outcomes of wealth, success and power. The primary difference is the opportunity to be more fulfilled and more motivated by our inner resources than the outer ones, to create a global consciousness instead of a local one, to look at the consequences of our actions in the long-term as well as the short-term.

Inspiration is a state available to us all. Inspiration gives us the motivation to be free to experience the majesty of our lives and to do what we love in our life. Inspiration is a science and the objective of this book is purely and simply the communication of that science.

6. It Starts With Self Awareness

I believe that global change is individual change, that the inner world is reflected in the outer world. I believe that changing the outer world without the inner or visa versa is fruitless. This work creates the opportunity to do both.

7, Use Courage to be Different

Those unique and courageous leaders throughout the world who step forward to
accept this challenge are the leaders who will take their nations, businesses and families into the future, prepared and equipped to sustain the evolution of the human spirit and reach a higher potential. Only those who invest time and effort in personal alignment with these changes will do this well. Those who assume they can cause other people and organisations to change while they themselves stand still will not be effective. Their understanding of new forces will be inadequate. Their decisions will be unrealistic.

8. Walk the Talk

The opportunities to make a difference in the world exist within the boundaries
of our own lives, professional and personal. Those changes are fundamental to the
success of individuals and their business. Access is available to step beyond the aca-
demic, to put people in touch with their true and heartfelt inspirations and provide
opportunity for the expression of that vision, even within the workplace.

9. Learn Skills for Handling Pressure

To become more conscious in the real world is to have access to the diversity of tools
and processes that can turn a major stress disaster into an inspirational experience.
Beginning with the difference between motivation and inspiration, my aim is to
address everyday life management issues with a fresh perspective and use my own
consulting and personal business experience to mirror the possibilities. The human
spirit can fl y when the conditions are right, and in this book we put the power to
awaken the human spirit squarely back in the hands of the individual. This is the
essence of the evolutionary spirit – an independent, socially aware, conscious and
inspired individual who recognises their role in a global revolution. Every person
on earth has the right to that experience.

10. Beware of “Human Development Designed for the Masses

Inspiring Human Potential, my work, is about global change through personal change. It is a rebuke at so much of what is being done at present in the name of good business, religion and cultural development. My aim has been to find a Self and other leadership model that is REAL, non-denominational, solves world problems instead of making them and is free for all to see. If you’d love to know more please be in touch.

Avoid the Heartless Path: It leads Nowhere Good.

If one spent their whole life doing nothing other than opening their heart and developing the qualities of the heart, it is no exaggeration to say that this effort alone would bring them to the highest goal of human life. Because it is through the heart that one finds their truth, overcomes self-doubt and within the heart that one finds their vision, inspiration and purpose in life.

For many years Corporations have made the mistake of compartmentalising the development of people with the aim of increasing productivity and yet, the total human being, the heart, quality of life, relationship and other aspects of the human condition were ignored. It bred a whole generation of sexist, racist and discriminatory individuals whose mission was profit at all cost. But as we enter an era of hyper accelerated decision making the demands on individuals to bring their total capacity to work means it is essential to include heart, creativity, inspiration and non rational intellect in human development and human potential growth at work. It means a new understanding of “the Total Human Dynamic.”

1. Put Heart as a Training Module in All Education

At Innerwealth, we believe that the human heart must be included in all coaching for personal development. It is the opportunity to explore the real essence of personal happiness and begin to understand the vast difference between mind and heart as a focus for living and ultimately overcome self-doubt. Your heart is the core of your deepest humanity. When you have finished exploring intellect and attending ceremonies, when you are exhausted from trying to change the unchangeable, filled with self-doubt, then you come to rest in your heart. So it solves many problems and inspires many opportunities.

2. Improves Interpersonal Motivation and Sales

There is great leadership in the human heart. Your heart and the hearts and minds of those you lead and love are one, you are interconnected, no need to compare, you are a part of something bigger, where your individuality is transient, the moment becomes important and we all relax in the knowledge that you have some control over what could happen next. It is only the human heart that can love without condition. It is here that strength and conviction emanate. Compassion and loving-kindness live in the heart and it is here that one feels authentic. It is through the heart that we can find the way to treat humanity while being true to ourselves. So, it would seem automatic that we would want to work, live and play from the heart. We would, in other words, want to keep our heart open in hell.

3. Speak from your heart to be heard…

The mind thinks, the body feels, the heart engages. The heart represents the essential nature of a person and thus authenticity. It makes communication so much better and easier. The development of the heart; the unfolding of the heart and the illumination of the heart are of the utmost importance. Your heart is the centre around which your life can revolve. But it is not an emotional centre and it’s not warm and fuzzy. The heart is often mistaken as a nice fuzzy feeling in the centre of the chest. That is not the heart but the body feelings and emotional centre. People go off to yoga and meditation courses and confuse and distract themselves by mistaking the heart for emotion. We are instead, talking about the inspired heart: not a feeling but rather a knowing, called the inner voice, it is not a voice at all. Called the heart, it’s not the physical one. It is a pure knowing, wisdom. No words can describe it and yet, you know that you know when you have it. It’s very powerful.

4. It’s Evolutionary so others will trust you…

To find your heart is to find your path, a path that doesn’t waver, it’s also to hold a certain centre, and be true to yourself and others. It all begins with gaining a true sense of your being. It’s a way to think and feel that reflects your true nature, it is natural, and, it creates a certain inner confidence, a strength, and builds a foundation from which your life may evolve. It can’t be separate practice from daily life because it is life itself.

5. It’s Balanced, Centred and Calm

To find and follow your heart doesn’t mean rushing around solving the world’s problems either, because those obstacles are countless and that rushing around is in itself part of the world’s problems. By listening to your own heart, to your own particular gifts, it enables you to focus on what you really love to do and to express yourself without tension or reaction. The deepest experience of life is awakened when each individual finally takes this opportunity. We become the mirror of the change we would love to see in the world; we must first learn to love ourselves and to find peace and harmony within. It means “liking” yourself.

6. Digging Deep – You Lead by Goodness

When we explore the term heart in common language we find that ‘heart’ means the central or innermost part of something such as the ‘heart of the city’, it also means the essential or vital part of something such as “what is the heart of the matter?” A person with a ‘lot of heart’ is someone with determination. To ‘lose heart’ means to be discouraged so we see that the will of a person emanates from their heart. We refer to the heart when we talk about generosity or sincerity as well as consideration, understanding and helpfulness as when we say, “He has a big heart.” or “She is a dear heart.” When a person is cruel or mean or when someone shows no regard for others we say, “His heart is closed or small or cold or that he has no heart at all.”

7. You Go Home A Better Parent, Friend and Partner

The surface of our being is mind, (emotion) while the depth of it is heart. The heart is clarity the mind is personality. It is through the heart that we feel ourselves or know ourselves. Once a person understands their True Nature, the character and the mystery of heart, they understand the language of the whole of creation because they know truth. So we have choices. Listen to this heart or listen to the mind and its stories or fear and uncertainty. It takes a certain trust, a trust that, when faced with what seems to be an insurmountable challenge, we will survive. It does not necessitate becoming religious. The spiritual life is not lived in temples, or on particular days of worship, nor is it only reverence to a statue or icon; it is lived every single moment of our lives. From what people see of us, and what we think, to our secret thoughts and our secret ideas.

8. Be at the Centre of Causality

For some people life is a random set of events they believe they have little control over. This is a difficult life. Others don’t care and hand over the power to determine the results of their life to a boss or partner, parent or even the universe. But I believe we are all born with everything we need to live our life to our fullest potential, it’s just a matter of knowing what that is, and what we need to do to cause it.

  • I need a purpose greater than me…. “Inspire Human Potential Globally”
  • An inner vision of what I am creating: I see a world – especially at work, where there is calm, a reduction in anger, violence, greed and and people enjoying their work, coming home happy, loving their kids, wellness, harmonious homes, inspired people.
  • A written vision about what you are creating: A global reach for the Innerwealth brand to promote non violence, to boost individual responsibility for changing the way we think and act toward each other and the planet.
  • An outer environment conducive to creating: I live with my very inspired, professional athlete, Olympic dreaming partner, in magic bondi right near the ocean, I am not isolated from violence, in fact Bondi is rife with it, but nature abounds and so I’m both in a great place myself but also aware of the work ahead and the need for a new leadership in human development instead of pure success based self management. A reduction in drug dependence starting with pharmaceuticals. So my life inspires me. I also go to Nepal, the inspiration capital of the world regularly. (57 times so far)
  • An inner self-talk that coaches you forward and upward. You are a genius and you apply your wisdom. You change the world. Your work inspires a transformation in individuals and it spreads global. You work with amazing people who support and love the mission.
  • Self belief stronger than self-doubt: I’ve been hit fair in the face, in the heart nearly 30 times in my life, smashed, broken, down, destroyed, ruined, and I’ve stood back up, dusted myself off, rebooted, re-inspired and re-committed myself to live to my potential. I know that i know, and therefore my self belief, although destroyed many times, is greater than my self doubt.
  • An infrastructure that matches with your pathway: A divorce separated me from my amazing children. They grew up all the better for their world travels with their new step father. Nobody can replace me, just replace what i do. From this seeming disaster, I’ve built a global business I’ve changed lives and inspired potential throughout the world, changed companies, countries and rescued those in dire need. My freedom, the freedom I tried to stop, allowed me to serve my purpose. (we sabotage anything that doesn’t link to our purpose in life)
  • Big Balls (excuse the sexism): I grew up in Mildura, bush Mildura, i mean really bush, and sweet Chris got smashed (my nickname was Sunshine) until school knocked that out of me. I’ve had the balls to rebuild that Sunshine. The world puts things in your face that seem impossible, they’re not, just education.
  • Attitude of gratitude: to say I’m a grateful guy is a lie. I have to work day and night on it. That’s why I have a coach too. I need my arse kicked, just like you to stay thankful. It’s tough.

In a previous article I wrote about Self-Sabotage I called it “Inverse Causation” – Causing what you don’t want. So, with that as a backdrop, and not wanting any reader to play victim in things that happen to them at work or home, we can present the concepts of causation here as the framework for the coaching course I’ve created. The course goes for 6 weeks and lasts a lifetime.
