Recently a team member asked me how was it possible for me to do all my training, be a full time single mum, work full time and I don’t look stressed.

And i thought straight away about you,

Chris, I needed to tell you thank you again, thank you today, yesterday, tomorrow, forever, for appearing in my life and helping me be this 360 degree woman on this earth.

I am proud of all the things I fit in my life and getting more and more of them to be the things which are my path and cleaning up the others which aren’t.

Thank you for your encouragement, for your compliments, for your truth, for letting me become stronger where I need to. You’re a genius and I am lucky.
